Welcome to our friendly Taproom
&
Brewery Shop

We are delighted to offer service in our Taproom – both in our lovely covered courtyard and also inside the cosy Tap itself.

Opening Hours

Our Brewery & Shop are open from 10am Monday to Saturday
Our Summer Taproom Opening Hours (from 1st April) are:  Monday to Wednesday 10am to 5.30pm • Thursday and Friday 10am to 7.30pm • Saturday 10am to 5pm •

The Brewery and Taproom are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays.

Expect a delicious selection of 7 cask ales and 4 keg beers, as well as local ciders, Fairview Wines, soft drinks, and tea and coffee. We also serve incredibly delicious local Faretti Pizzas.

We’re thrilled to introduce our new FARMHOUSE PIZZA, filled with delicious, comforting flavours, making it perfect for the winter season. This special creation from Farretti features tasty Italian ham, tender mushrooms, and a touch of delightful pesto. And for our vegetarian friends, we offer a unique twist with black olives (and no ham).

We also have truly delicious baked goods from SØDT – The Hygee Bakery in Petworth – for you to enjoy with a coffee or tea (or a pint!). Helping us live the sweet life, we think these gorgeous items add an extra reason to make a pitstop with us. If you’d like to book a table, please do contact us.

Our Taproom is available to book for events and parties and our opening hours may be extended to accommodate your requirements. Please visit our Private Hire page for further information.

Our friendly team look forward to welcoming you to our Taproom.

A great tap room with covered outdoor seating and heated indoor deating. Fog and walker friendly (we left a bit of mid under our seats which is easily swept away on the hard floor). You can buy snacks and pizza and a range of beers on the pump. Very friendly and definitely worth a visit. An easy 4mile walk from Petworth. No. 1 bus route through from Pulborough station. Get a return bus ticket to Half Way bus stop in Ludsworth so you can walk the 5-10mins to the bus stop to get back to station or anywhere on that bus route. Healthy walk, real ale, happy people.

Good beers, a warm welcome, plus lovely pizzas home cooked by Val make this taproom well worth spending a few hours. About 15 minutes walk north of a stop on the Worthing to Midhurst bus route, so easy to visit as well.

Fun afternoon with pizza and beer at the gulp (the brewery tap). Some exciting projects in the works too notably the new canning line and updated branding (so so much better than the current tap badges which are at best awful and at worst offensive) looking forward to going back with the family and seeing how things have progressed further.
