HALFWAY TO HEAVEN – 3.5%
Halfway to Heaven is well balanced between crisp, biscuity maltiness and a citrus and fruit hop character. It is auburn/chestnut in colour, with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

FLOR-ALE – 3.8%
Light blonde, with delicate floral hop notes and using only Maris Otter low-colour malt. This beer has a pleasant sweet finish and is the perfect springtime refreshment.

Extra Pale Ale

JESTER EPA 3.8%
A golden ale with a sweet, malt complexity leading to a punchy hop aroma of new world proportions, with flavour notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits. This beer has an intense, complex bitterness with a fruity and herbal flavour.

GODIVA 4.3%
Daughter of our 2016’s Jester’s hop and named due to the plant having very few leaves, ie naked!
A beautiful blonde ale, brewed with Maris Otter malting Barley. The hop profile is forward in style, with a tangerine nose and sweet citrus flavour, balanced with floral English Cascade. We are proud to be the only brewery in Sussex to trial this excellent hop.

DECENNIUM – 4.0%
To celebrate 50 years of Maris Otter brewing barley and our 10th year in the brewery! Representing W Sussex in the national MO 50 September fest in Norwich, Decennium is a beautiful blonde ale, with robust hopping, a fabulous aroma and delicious mouthfeel and after taste.

An extra pale, cask conditioned ale with a robust hopping, a fabulous aroma, plus delicious ‘mouthfeel’ and after taste. This is a versatile beer with wide appeal.

New RYE PA and born to be wild! This beer has a delicious dry rye finish, refreshing hopping and a beautiful, subtle reddish glow.

American Red Ale

AUTUMN-ALE – 4.4%
A deep golden honey-coloured beer, made with local Sussex hops, which give a unique spiced fruity hop aroma. It is smooth, with a subtle honey finish.

Christmas mystery beer. We use a different recipe each year, with a seasonal twist for extra yuletide cheer.

BLACK SWALLOW – 6.0%
Fermented longer for a delicious smoother taste, Black Swallow is a supremely hoppy 6% black IPA. A complex taste extravaganza, Black Swallow masterfully combines bitter chocolate flavours with toffee undertones.

Black IPA

Hoppy Number – 5.7%
Not once, not twice, but triple dry hopped; with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe.
This IPA has a superb malty body and shed-loads of hops for even more aroma and flavour, plus we’ve added a ‘special’ ingredient which gives a subtle sweetness and an even more refreshing taste.
Vegan friendly.
Double IPA

O’Really’s – 4.4%
Pure genius! Deep, dark ruby black, topped with a thick, creamy, long lasting tan head. This stout has a dark chocolate, cocoa and roasted grain character, and a dry finish, with a low and lightly earthy/floral hop aroma.
Available from mid-December.
