We’ve taken the malt profile of a New England IPA, combined it with the noble hops of Europe and have had fun blending these two characteristics.

Balanced and refreshing, this pale ale enjoys the build up of layers using Maris Otter malt, wheat and oats, which provide a smooth texture on the palate. We have generously hopped this beer using aromatic and noble hops – Saphir and Saaz being the stars – providing light citrus, herbal and floral notes. The aromas carry throughout the beer and through our dry hopping techniques, providing a crisp bitterness on the finish. Perfect as we ease into Summer.

As this beer is Vegan Friendly and unfined it will have a slight haze when serving.

Hops: Saaz, Hallertau Tradition and Saphir
Malts: Maris Otter, Wheat and Flaked Oats
Sight: Straw yellow with a slight haze
Smell: Light citrus, floral and herbal notes from the Czech and German hops.
Taste: Oats and Wheat give a soft palate which complements the crisp herbal bitterness.
