Events team members needed.

As our events team, you’ll be the face of our mobile bar, serving drinks with a smile and ensuring customers have a great experience. This fast-paced role requires energy, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. You’ll work as part of a team to pour and serve drinks, maintain cleanliness, and help keep the day running smoothly.

Working Hours – Event Dependent

Key Responsibilities:
Serve beer and other beverages to customers quickly and responsibly
Check IDs to ensure customers meet legal drinking age
Handle cash and card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Re-stock supplies (cups, kegs, etc.) during shifts
Follow health and safety and alcohol service guidelines at all times
Assist in setup and breakdown of the tent/bar area
Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient service
Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Key Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, can-do attitude with a team spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Reliability and punctuality
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Basic numeracy for handling transactions

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous bar or hospitality experience (not always required)
Knowledge of beers and beverages served (a plus)

Working Conditions:
Must be able to stand for extended periods
May be required to lift and carry heavy kegs or supplies
Typically outdoors or under tented cover, rain or shine
Evening and weekend shifts often required
Full UK Driving licence is a bonus
