Rose De Noirs 2019

Our Rosé de Noirs 2019 is an elegant sparkling rosé from a beautifully balanced vintage. Delightful notes of wild strawberries, ripe red berries and a hint of toasted walnuts are complemented by biscuity richness and vibrant acidity, leading to a long, beautifully poised finish.

Crafted from carefully selected, handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our stunning Sussex vineyards during the excellent 2019 season, the fruit was gently whole-bunch pressed and partially fermented in old Burgundian barrels. A splash of Pinot Précoce was added at disgorgement, enhancing the rose-pink hue and red berry character. Bottle-aged on lees for a minimum of 48 months.

Classic Cuvee 2018

Our award-winning Classic Cuvée 2018 displays alluring notes of baked apples and citrus fruits layered with a toasty richness and a hint of brioche leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish. Aged to perfection, this pale-golden sparkling wine delivers a luxurious taste profile that’s both refreshing and refined, pairing wonderfully with seafood dishes. Our signature Classic Cuvée is a blend of hand-harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes.
