Langham Chutney & Marmalade

Say hello to our new arrivals: our truly delicious Langham chutney & marmalade.

Our Real Ale Chutney is crafted with hand-picked fruit and vegetables and blended with Langham Best Bitter and spices. It makes a rich, indulgent partner for pork pies, cured meats and cheeses.

Our Golden Ale Marmalade is a traditional marmalade made from bitter Seville oranges and infused with Sundowner golden ale. It is a fruity treat – perfect to slather on wholemeal toast or to pair with hard cheese.

These beauties arrived at the brewery this week, having been lovingly made by our friends at Jam Packed Preserves.

Ours are small batches preserves, hand-stirred with local and ethically sourced, sustainable ingredients.
Find them in our brewery shop and taproom, for £5 per jar. Here’s a reminder of our opening hours:

Monday to Wednesday • 10am to 5.30pm⠀
Thursday & Friday • 10am to 7.30pm⠀
Saturday • 10am to 5pm

‘Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don’t like food waste. That’s how we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. But this was only the start of our journey.

Since then we have grown our range, won awards along the way, but always remained true to making our preserves properly – in small batches, hand-stirred with local and ethically sourced sustainable ingredients. Our jars contain nothing but natural ingredients and of course jam packed with fruit and veg. In the industry they call these extra jams, because that’s exactly what you get, extra ingredients.

This is what makes our preserves taste so damn good. A flavour never to be forgotten and keep you coming back for more.’
