Summer Sessions – Brogue + Monkey See Monkey Do + The Ed Goodale Band @ Weald & Downland Museum

Closing the summer will be the Weald & Downland’s very own music festival – The Summer Sessions. Think Americana, think Roots, think folk, think rock and everything in between, all brought together in perfect harmony with the beauty of the Weald to create the perfect festival.

We’re hugely happy to be there with our award winning beers to help refresh all over 18’s who enjoy the event.

A true foot tapper of a band – enjoy Irish folk of the very best with this Sussex-based trio. Expect a lively night with jigs, reels and traditional tunes to get you on your feet.

Monkey See Monkey Do
Self-described as ‘folk-ish from the Southampton urban jungle’, this four-piece band take influence from everything from bluegrass to Irish trad. Expect strong vocals, expert violin, clarinet and even the odd kazoo!

The Ed Goodale Band
Described by Radio 2’s Bob Harris as ‘folk-rock at its very best‘, The Ed Goodale band bring high energy to their set with virtuoso guitars and driving bass mixed with thought provoking lyrics and catchy riffs. Expect a barn-storming finish to the Summer Sessions
