Cheese And Beer Pairing

Welcome to our first cheese and beer pairing evening here at the brewery.

This is a special ‘Gulpers’ event: find out more about the Langham Gulp below.

We’re excited to have teamed up with our friends at Norbury Park Farm Cheese Company Ltd, Surrey. The cheeses are noted locally for their distinct flavour, which is derived the family run closed herd of friesian cows. The cows enjoy a rich and diverse diet, grazing on the lush meadow grasses at the foot of the South Downs by the Rother Valley. The cows roam freely from Spring through to Autumn and are milked when it suits them, producing a relaxing atmosphere and ultimately happy cows.

Our cheese and beer evening will take place in our welcoming Taproom. The event is limited to 30 attendees.
Included in your tickets price: 5 cheeses and 5 beer tasters (quarter pint glasses).
There will be a talk from, and a Q&A with, the cheese makers Neil and Michaela, as well as a hands-on demonstration of their cheese making process.
You will be able to make your own tasting notes, with descriptions about the cheeses and beers available.
And, just for fun, we’ll be hosting a beer and cheese quiz, with prizes for the winner.

There will be an opportunity for guests to purchase further drinks from the bar and to buy cheeses to enjoy at home, and/or to purchase as gifts for loved ones.
