From Monday (17th May) we’ll be offering a selection of local Faretti pizzas, including our very own special Pizza de la Casa (veggie options also available). 

Valeriana de Berardinis is the owner of Faretti Pizzas…

Since she was young, Valeriana had a very creative mind, and in her twenties set upon opening a famous pizzeria restaurant in Abruzzo, in the heart of Italy. The main product was the award winning pizza, which she developed over many years of practice. She used to go around the whole region trying pizza from competing pizzerias, tasting them, analysing them, and incorporating the positive elements of each into her own product.

After lots of experimenting, Valeriana finally developed her ultimate pizza, which was declared the best in the area. We are pleased and proud that we will be offering Val’s delicious pizzas at our Gulp Taproom, including her special Pizza de la Casa Perfumo del Bosco – with a delicious topping of truffle oil paste, mozzarella, pancetta and mushroom. Vegetarian house option also available. Other pizzas will include margherita, chorizo and vegetable.

We’re so pleased our new Taproom is now open and serving delicious, fresh beers, lovingly created and brewed by our team.

The outside area of the Taproom and Shop are now open 6 days a week, with 8 tables available on a first-booked first-served basis.

Each booked slot lasts an hour, and you can book multiple slots if you’d like to stay a while.

Bookings are available for up to 6 people per table, with local cider, wine and soft drinks, tea and coffee also available. Local Faretti pizzas will be available soon, alongside ‘beer pairing’ evenings; in the meantime you’re welcome to bring along your own snacks to enjoy at the Taproom.

The brewery offers table service, with check and trace requested please.

To welcome you back into the brewery, to show you a little about how we create and brew our beer and for you to sample our award-winning brews… makes us very happy indeed.

There have been one or two changes to the brewery since our last brewery tour… and we’ve missed you!

We’ll begin our Brewery Tours in July. Feel free to plan ahead and book yours now.

Further information:

Tours are available from Monday to Saturday by appointment.  A typical tour will last 1 ½ to 2 hours, but may take longer.

If you would like food with your tour, a variety of tasty menus are available to suit all budgets.
Please mention your food requirements when you book.

Please allow at least two weeks in advance to book your tour. A 50% deposit will be payable on booking.  Please let us have final numbers a week before the tour date. Tours cost £15 inc VAT per head. Debit/credit cards accepted.

Weekday tours start at around 6.30pm and are for groups only. Earlier and later starts may be accommodated, if our beer production permits. The preferred weekday group size is between 10/15 to 60 max.

Every month, one Saturday is set aside for our popular ‘mix-in’ tours, which smaller groups and voucher holders are invited to attend. On non ‘mix-in’ Saturdays, the brewery is open for group tours (party sizes as for weekdays) between 11am and 4pm.

Please note: Friday night and Saturday tours are extremely popular and need to be booked well in advance.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR a self-motivated, interested, fit and friendly person to join our friendly, busy, award winning team as 𝙱𝚛𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝙰𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚝.

Your role will mainly be in the brewhouse helping our head brewer. At Langham’s we brew for cask, we keg and are introducing a new canning line in May.

We pride ourselves on our brewing standards and processes and were one of the first four breweries in the country to achieve a new national SALSA plus Beer Quality standard.

We have multiple exciting projects in the pipeline and the new team member will have plenty of opportunity to learn and evolve with the exciting changes we have planned, including the opportunity to help in our brand new tasting room, learn cellar management and help us host fabulous gigs and events.

Training will be given. Experience a bonus, but not necessary. Duties to cover and support all aspects of the brewery and be a part of the team. Clean driving licence and computer skills please.
